2. 2.Support projects aligned with our mission and develop good impact measurement practices. We will: 1. Collaborate with partners on projects 2. Use SMART goal measurement 3. Monitor & evaluate frameworks developed and data collection commenced 4. Focusing on supporting partners frameworks and building a pathway to become more self sufficient
3. 3.Good governance: Build and maintain our own organizational sustainability. We will ensure: 1. Diverse capable operational team and Board 2. Active Board with annual review of performance for all Board and Staff 3. Measure of happiness for staff, board, partners and beneficiaries 4. Robust operational, funding and communications plan in place 5. Succession planning in place for key roles
