Mission

SafeHavens is on a mission to put an end to children living in poverty. We choose to do this in a sustainable way, by investing in and collaborating with, local partner program and their communities.

1.Source and build sustainable income streams. We will: 1. Identify and build relationships with Corporate, Foundations and Affiliated Institutions 2. Develop a robust funding plan 3. Build the Australian SafeHavens Organization 4. Develop and engagement strategy
2.Support projects aligned with our mission and develop good impact measurement practices. We will: 1. Collaborate with partners on projects 2. Use SMART goal measurement 3. Monitor & evaluate frameworks developed and data collection commenced 4. Focusing on supporting partners frameworks and building a pathway to become more self sufficient
3.Good governance: Build and maintain our own organizational sustainability. We will ensure: 1. Diverse capable operational team and Board 2. Active Board with annual review of performance for all Board and Staff 3. Measure of happiness for staff, board, partners and beneficiaries 4. Robust operational, funding and communications plan in place 5. Succession planning in place for key roles
