Sinai Memorial is the Bay Area’s nonprofit Jewish funeral home, serving the region’s diverse Jews with kindness and respect. At Sinai Memorial, we believe that the Jewish practices surrounding death add uniquely powerful meaning and points of connection. That’s why, every day, we offer the flexibility needed to serve all the Jewish people of the Bay Area and their families, at all levels of income. Doing this honors the memory of those who have died and helps us to grieve and heal, together.

Goals

1. 1.Be the first place all Jewish people, community institutions, and organizations think of for death services Consistently increase case count and cemetery sales
2. 2.Develop Sinai staff to have deep knowledge of traditional Jewish perspectives and practices regarding funeral and burial practices Attract, hire, onboard, and support Sinai staff leaders and funeral service staff to lead Sinai’s work
3. 3.Refresh services and operations to stay modern, client-centered, and embraced by staff, offering the latest technologies, innovations, and efficiencies
