The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Better serve under resourced areas. Our county is large and while we offer extensive programs and services, not all residents can access them due to their location and available transportation.
Goal Type: Grow, expand, scale or increase access to the existing programs and services.
Goal Two: Re-organize shelter departments to take advantage of staff members’ strengths. We have the right people, but don’t feel we’re utilizing all of them the right way.
Goal Type: Invest in the capacity of our organization (financial, management, technical, etc.).
Goal Three: Better prepare our staff, campus, volunteers, and the community for disasters.
Goal Type: Grow, expand, scale or increase access to the existing programs and services.
