Goal One: Drive systemic change through data-driven advocacy by building policy expertise, partnering with policymakers and coalitions, advancing evidence-based agendas, and amplifying community voices. Use program data to produce briefs and toolkits, host policy forums, support community advocacy, pursue aligned legislation, and secure funding to scale policy impact.
Goal Two: Strengthen internal systems by setting department goals and KPIs, conducting staff surveys and performance reviews, improving internal communications, upgrading financial and project management systems, and investing in onboarding and staff development to boost efficiency, collaboration, accountability, and continuous organizational improvement.
Goal Three: Collaborate across sectors to expand access to programs by strengthening partnerships, sharing services, and co-locating supports in high-need areas; using regional data and shared measurement to guide decisions; convening partners for joint learning and coordinated action; and piloting, evaluating, and scaling innovative, tech-enabled service delivery models.
