The mission of The Arc is to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life. We are committed to educating, advocating for, and supporting families, friends, and communities to minimize the prevalence and effects of developmental disabilities. At The Arc of Butte County, our vision is to deliver top-tier programs and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). We strive for administrative and financial stability by continually enhancing our organization’s efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. Additionally, we are dedicated to strong local, state, and national advocacy efforts.
