Goals

1. 1.BUILD GREATER AWARENESS OF KVPR: This goal is focused on people who are not currently KVPR listeners. Millennials and Gen Z are primary targets with an emphasis on college educated Latinos. Awareness is the first element in KVPR's audience development funnel. OBJECTIVES: Grow email subscribers and app users by 20 percent, and grow social media impressions by 30 percent.
2. 2.DEEPEN ENGAGEMENT AMONG YOUNGER LISTENERS: This goal supports growth in engagement and listening time among people who are already KVPR listeners or already aware of KVPR. This supports the second element in KVPR's audience development funnel. Millennials are the primary target with an emphasis on college educated Latinos. OBJECTIVES: Grow AQH audience by 15 percent, total listeners by 10 percent
3. 3.KVPR IS A LEADER IN LOCAL NEWS & CONVERSATIONS: This goal speaks to KVPR's strategic positioning amid change in media consumption and technology trends. It deepens our commitment to local service alongside our distribution of national content from producers like NPR. Younger individuals tell us they are hungry for more local coverage.
