Vision

Our vision is a just San Francisco where every senior and adult with disabilities lives safely, independently, and with dignity, free from threats of eviction, abuse, financial exploitation, and loss of vital services.

Goals

1. 1.Expand our capacity to offer free legal representation and advocacy across housing, benefits, consumer issues, healthcare, elder abuse prevention, and end-of-life planning, integrated with vital social services to sustainably address seniors' interconnected legal and social needs.
2. 2.Strengthen our impact litigation and policy advocacy efforts to drive systemic change, prevent senior poverty, homelessness, and abuse, and create lasting improvements in laws and policies affecting vulnerable seniors and adults with disabilities.
3. 3.Attract, retain, and develop diverse, highly skilled staff by providing equitable compensation, professional growth opportunities, and fostering a healthy, resilient workplace that mirrors the diverse communities we serve.
