Goals

1. 1.The goal of growing, expanding, and/or increasing access to existing senior programs and services is to ensure that older adults can continue to live healthy, active, and fulfilling lives. This initiative addresses the evolving needs of the aging population and aims to provide greater opportunities for seniors to engage in social, health, and community-based activities.
2. 2.Investing in the capacity financially, through improved management practices and technology, strengthens the organization’s ability to serve vulnerable seniors effectively and sustainably. This will enable the organization to scale its operations, improve service quality and enhance operational efficiency, contributing to a higher quality of life for homebound individuals.
