It is the mission of the African American Community Service Agency to preserve the dignity and culture of a diverse African American Community, and to provide services that promote the full participation of Santa Clara County and the general society.

Our vision is to empower all Black and historically excluded communities through economic justice, education, and access, creating a future where equity and opportunity thrive.

Goals

1.AACSA will grow over the next two years by strengthening core programs like the AACSA Leadership Academy and STEAM on Saturdays while expanding community organizing and advocacy across Santa Clara County. As AACSA prepares for its 50th anniversary in 2028, the organization will deepen partnerships, increase community programming, and expand opportunities for youth and families.

The AACSA Leadership Academy and STEAM on Saturdays will focus on youth development, innovation, and opportunity, while AACSA will expand its senior programming to better support and engage the senior community.
