Foothills Compassionate Care is a 4-star CMS and Joint Commission-deemed status, nonprofit organization serving Western Nevada County with a comprehensive range of services, including hospice care, palliative care, bereavement support, and caregiver support. As the only nonprofit hospice provider in our community, we are dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that prioritizes the dignity and comfort of every individual. For over 45 years, we have been committed to making a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
