That people in conflict engage in authentic conversations that build understanding between them.

Goals

1. 1.Following extensive DEIBA training, new programs will be developed and existing programs adapted, continuously reviewed, and evaluated to equip and prepare attendees to effectively bring together parties in conflict in the communities that they serve.
2. 2.The Center is actively transitioning from a founder led organization to one governed by a robust board of directors with comprehensive committee oversight and direction while resources are evaluated and distributed to expand trainer community and internal leadership and programming staff.
3. 3.All programs are being evaluated to improve access and representation, including financial assistance and feedback processes, to adequately serve and involve key stakeholders at every level of the organization.
