Mission

RealOptions Obria Medical Clinics is a non-profit 501(c)3 recognized for its quality of care since 1981. We provide compassionate, comprehensive, high quality holistic reproductive healthcare, support services, optimal health education, and reproductive loss healing to women, men, students, and families. RealOptions has five licensed medical clinic locations serving Alameda, San Mateo, and Santa Clara Counties devoted to caring for patients physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We offer a broad spectrum of prevention, intervention, and restorative services to the community positively impacting thousands of students and families each year.

Vision

Our vision is to provide holistic, reproductive healthcare, and optimal health education for all to advance a culture of life in the Bay Area and beyond.

Goals

1.Reduce the number of STDs in our community through our sexual risk avoidance education program; our college campus outreach efforts; and optimal health consultations for patients in our clinics.
2.In 2011, 45% of all pregnancies in the US were unintended, 75% to women younger than 20. Continue to provide low to no cost Pregnancy Services for women and their partners with unintended pregnancies.
3.Our desire is to decrease abortions through our life affirming clinics with ultrasounds, pre-abortion screenings, pregnancy options consultations, support services, and reproductive loss healing.
