Mission

Intervention and Consutation Services:TLG provides support services to Alameda and Contra Costa County families with disabilities, medical or developmental issues in infant,child, parent, expectant parent, or parenting grandparent. Annually more than 300 families are served with weekly home or clinic visits, offering developmental, mental health, and/or disability adaptations for parenting. Children 0-5 attend Through the Looking Glass inclusive Early Head Start center, which provides family support. In addition, more than 1700 individuals are served annually in parent/child play groups, parenting support groups, and mental health and developmental consultation to Oakland early childhood centers.
