Wasatch Adaptive Sports' (WAS) mission is to empower people with disabilities to improve their physical, mental, and social well-being through outdoor recreation.

Vision

Wasatch Adaptive Sports (WAS) envisions a community in which people of all abilities experience the power of movement whenever and wherever they choose.

Goals

1.RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT: Strengthen WAS’s long-term financial resilience by growing an engaged donor community and implementing strong financial management practices.
2.PROGRAMS: 1. Advance a participant-centered impact evaluation that qualifies mental health as a central outcome of WAS programs and 2. Strengthen the instructor experience by investing in training and feedback channels to improve job satisfaction.
3.PEOPLE: Strengthen the employee experience by fostering a culture of transparency and professional growth.
