Mission

Providing for Yosemite's future is our passion. Yosemite Conservancy is the only philanthropic organization dedicated exclusively to the protection and preservation of Yosemite National Park. We inspire people to support projects and programs that preserve and protect Yosemite National Park's resources and enrich the visitor experience. Our donors have contributed more than $172 million for more than 900 projects to restore trails and habitat, protect wildlife, and provide enriching visitor experiences. The impact is everywhere: Donor's gifts have revitalized Tenaya Lake and Mariposa Grove, brought endangered bighorn sheep back to Cathedral Range, expanded Yosemite beloved Junior Ranger programs and much more.

Vision

Challenges loom over Yosemite's present and future. Climate change threatens entire ecosystems. Visitor resources and infrastructure need upgrades or overhauls. Much more needs to be done to ensure everyone, from long-time stewards to first-time sightseers, can connect with the park through inspiring, relevant experiences. In this decisive moment, we're paying tribute to a century of partnership with an ambitious vision for a vibrant, sustainable, and welcoming Yosemite.
