Techsoup Global

Mission

TECHSOUP GLOBAL IS A RECOGNIZED LEADER IN BRINGING TECHNOLOGICAL EMPOWERMENT AND PHILANTHROPY TO SOCIAL BENEFIT ORGANIZATIONS - INCLUDING NON-PROFITS, NONGOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS, LIBRARIES, AND OTHER SOCIAL CHANGE AGENTS.

Vision

TechSoup's vision is a world where nonprofits and social change agents can easily access the power of technology to improve lives

Goals

1.As nonprofits face growing pressure to adopt artificial intelligence without formal strategy, TechSoup is developing structured AI guidance and training resources. This responds directly to sector research showing most nonprofits lack a formal AI strategy, helping organizations evaluate and adopt AI tools that genuinely serve their missions rather than adopting technology for its own sake.
2.TechSoup aims to expand access to its technology philanthropy platform, including its newer TechSoup Plus membership tier, which pairs discounted product access with custom technology assessments and one on one expert consultations. The goal is to help more organizations move beyond one time purchases toward sustained technology planning and digital maturity. (
3.TechSoup is strengthening its internal data and technology infrastructure to better track outcomes across its global enterprise. This investment will improve the organization's ability to measure program effectiveness, coordinate across more than 50 partner organizations, and make faster, more informed decisions about where resources are needed most
