HomeRise’s mission is to help people experiencing homelessness secure housing and become self-sufficient.

Vision

We believe that a reliable home, combined with supportive services tailored to meet an individual’s basic needs, can provide the stability necessary for a person to permanently exit homelessness.

Goals

1.By December 2026, retain 98% of residents in stable housing year over year.
2.Strengthen internal processes and procedures related to financial management, implementing updated operational systems to improve organizational efficiency by July 2026.
3.By December 2026, provide ongoing supportive services to 1,625 HomeRise residents.
