TO CREATE AND MAINTAIN SAFE, HEALTHY, AND AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOMES FOR THOSE WHO NEED THEM MOST.

We envision vibrant communities where everyone has a safe and healthy home they can afford, so that

1.Continue to increase the number of people we serve through adding additional safe and healthy rental homes that people living at less than 50% Area Median Income can afford.
2.Continue to grow our resource development capacity to engage with our community to raise the funds needed to purchase and rehab more rental homes.
3.Develop partnership with other local agencies to add shared housing for adults to our offerings in rental housing.
