Vision

WCRC envisions a society in which everyone touched by cancer can access the medical care, education and support needed to ensure a maximum, positive quality of life.

Goals

1. 1.WCRC will expand access to its services by strengthening outreach and deepening collaboration with community organizations and health system partners. Client feedback and ongoing needs assessments will guide program improvements so services remain culturally responsive and reach more individuals and families across the East Bay facing cancer.
2. 2.WCRC will strengthen organizational capacity by diversifying revenue, improving financial stability, and investing in the systems that support effective service delivery. This includes upgrading technology, strengthening staff development and training, and improving coordination across programs and community partnerships so the organization can respond effectively as community needs evolve.
3. 3.WCRC will develop and pilot new programs informed by community needs assessments and client feedback across the cancer journey.
