Mission

To invest in the education of a diverse group of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and allied students who have the capacity and vision to be the next generation of leaders working to create a better world for all.

Vision

A world where everyone can access educational opportunities as their authentic selves - regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression.

Goals

1.Equitably support varying degree pathways - trade, certificate, 2-year & 4-year degrees.
2.Provide multi-year financial support to scholars, leading to better graduation rates.
3.Holistic support for better academic outcomes for scholars - regular check ins, educational programming, networking events, field trips & job shadows, and a supportive community.
