Mission

Since 1993, Partners in School Innovation has been on a mission to transform teaching and learning in the most challenged U.S. public schools so that every student thrives. Our vision: A thriving system of public schools that have an unwavering focus on results and are vibrant places to teach, learn, and grow. To achieve our mission and vision, we work alongside schools and districts collaboratively, with an assets-based mindset, with a systems perspective, and in ways that allow us to constantly learn and improve.

1.Leverage the publication of the new Partners book to increase the organization's visibility. The book will increase knowledge about our work and reduce the perceived barriers to transforming schools.
2.Develop and pilot new online course offerings to support the adoption of lessons from our book to build a national network of Results Oriented Change Agents.
3.Improve our business development, human resources, and budget management skills and process to successfully navigate the challenges of growth.
