Mission

Through transformative youth development services rooted in the cultural traditions of our communities, we accompany youth and their families on their path to realize their full potential as powerful and healthy members of society. Our programs include tutoring, before and after school academic enrichment, summer programs, social/emotional support, sports, youth workforce, parent leadership development and organizing, and arts education.

Vision

We envision a community in which our youth are self-empowered through education and self-expression, have overcome discrimination, and contribute to positive change in their communities. As part of this vision, all of San Francisco's youth and families have access to the opportunities they need to thrive and create a city that is safe, equitable, interconnected, and community-led.
