The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: We are committed to expanding access because we recognize the our vital role in the community. By strategically assessing strengths, focusing on core competencies, and aligning with community needs, we amplify impact and enhance lives. We increase access through generous financial assistance and by providing transportation services, to ensure all can participate in our programs.
Goal Two: Staff engagement, satisfaction, and retention is an organizational priority. We provide professional development and have implemented a learning management system to empower our team and enhance program quality. We apply best management practices, promote cross-departmental collaboration, and have improved onboarding/offboarding processes, technology utilization, and internal communications.
Goal Three: We regularly assess and align programs with community needs. Examples include addition of year-round preschool to support working parents, new wellness classes focused on balance for older adults, expanded Jewish learning offerings, family fun days in the gym to strengthen family connections and promote fitness for all ages, and member mixers to enhance belonging and reduce social isolation.
