To increase educational equity by providing joyful, enriching learning experiences for middle school students, aspiring teachers, and experienced educators.

Vision

A world where every student and educator receives what they need to reach their full potential.

Goals

1.Strengthen our core program by: 1) more precise measurement of academic impact, 2) refine academic curriculum and educator professional development, 3) increase operational efficiency.
2.Increase the number of teachers of color and provide continued multi-staged support so that more young people can choose and sustain careers in education.
3.Deepen our impact by expanding our traditional model through new partnership agreements with districts, thereby increasing the earned revenue component of our funding.
