For 25 years, North Beach Citizens has been a trusted community-based nonprofit helping San Francisco's most vulnerable neighbors move from crisis to stability. Through compassionate, relationship-centered case management, housing navigation, homelessness prevention, food security, and connections to healthcare and essential benefits, we empower individuals experiencing homelessness and extreme poverty to rebuild their lives with dignity. Our dedicated staff and volunteers work one-on-one with clients to address immediate needs while creating individualized pathways toward permanent housing, improved health, financial stability, and long-term self-sufficiency.
