Vision

Community Partners International (CPI) envisions a world where communities affected by conflict, disaster, and poverty can thrive through locally-led, sustainable health and humanitarian systems. CPI's vision focuses on empowering vulnerable, underserved populations to meet their own essential needs, aiming for equitable access to quality care and lasting, community-owned development.

Goals

1. 1.Programming: Ensure program quality and growth through optimum technical staffing, utilizing technically sound interventions, and consistently adhering to protocols and policies. CPI wants to ensure that we are developing decentralized mesh-network health systems, clinics, and workers capable of maintaining essential services during crises.
2. 2.Partnerships: A. Work with partners/communities to increasingly self-implement programs by building trust-based relationships B. Seek new partnerships across Asia in areas with under-served communities to facilitate collaboration and strengthen cooperation C. Provide and invest in local networks so that they may be sustainable to maximize impact to vulnerable communities
3. 3.Operations A. Ensure efficient/effective information management systems are in place within CPI and partners B. Enhance CPI's organization structure and staffing to best support the communities we serve C. Supporting local actors to lead by managing data, budgets, and decisions to shift power away from international aid structures
