JSA works with universities across the country to host summer programs that are immersive learning experiences that engage students with college-level curricula, collaborative projects, and activism opportunities to give them a unique perspective on the important issues facing America today. JSA's Marketing Department also works diligently to spread awareness of JSA's mission through several different media channels including email, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, and Twitter.

The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
JSA was unable to host its traditional in-person student conventions for much of the pandemic, and it required the organization to revamp programming. We began to offer virtual events, featuring virtual appearances/talks by well-known political figures in addition to virtual programmatic offerings. In fall 2021, we were able to introduce hybrid conventions, with the first day being in-person while the second day fully online. We also offered virtual programming for students unable to attend in-person.
