1. 1.We will continue to be a thought-leader, innovator, and provider of quality training and employment services for people with significant barriers to employment, with the goal of connecting individuals to stable careers that provide them with living wages and economic mobility to support families and build strong communities.
2. 2.We will expand our work experience and career placement opportunity pathways into high-demand industries, leverage apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs, and expand comprehensive social services to increase retention success and provide measurable positive impact for individuals.
3. 3.We will expand our employer placement network and large-scale corporate partnerships to create customized training programs for job seekers that meet the needs of local and regional employers, fill labor skills gaps in growth industries, and prepare the workforce to meet the future demands of a competitive regional economy.
