Mission

Chrysalis serves people navigating barriers to the workforce by offering a job-readiness program, individualized supportive services, and paid transitional employment. We empower our clients on their pathway to stability, security, and fulfillment in their work and lives. Since our start in 1984, we have helped over 90,000 individuals change their lives through jobs. Chrysalis centers and locations can be found in Downtown Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, Orange County, Santa Monica, and the San Fernando Valley. We also offer employment services at the DOORS office within the Reentry Opportunity Center in South Los Angeles. We currently provide job-readiness training and a transitional jobs program to over 8,000 individuals each year.
