The mission of the Children Youth and Family Collaborative (CYFC) is to establish partnerships with school districts, youth-centered organizations and youth in foster care for the purpose of ensuring foster youth graduate from high school, persist through degree completion at post-secondary education, and transition into rewarding careers and adult lives.
