Mission

The University Cooperative Housing Association ( UCHA) provides reasonable-cost housing to university students, visiting scholars, and faculty within a cooperative living association.University Cooperative Housing Association ( UCHA) is a not-for-profit corporation incorporated in california on September 2, 1938. It is governed by an elected Board of Directors and managed by a staff of employees and the cooperative's members. The Association operates a complex consisting of three student residences, a kitchen, cafeteria, and several common areas, which is located in westwood, california close to the University of California, Los Angeles campus.
