Founded in 1919, Braille Institute of America is committed to positively transforming the lives of individuals with blindness and low vision. Programs include low vision rehabilitation services, orientation & mobility and technology training, a nationally recognized library serving blind and print-disabled individuals, youth and child services, and a broad range of educational offerings. All programs and services are provided free of charge.
