Goals

1. 1.We will ensure that all team members and staff have the essential support resources they need to work in alignment with our vision, mission and core values. We will seek opportunities to proactively share new ways we see God moving in the Bible translation movement and develop opportunities for new and existing staff to regularly align their work with how God is moving.
2. 2.We will position Wycliffe USA to be “all in” to support the acceleration of Bible translation in an increased impact of project and field engagement strategies in service to churches. We will ensure that new operational energy goes toward the support of acceleration and increased impact and that the majority of current operational energy supports both.
3. 3.We will review and refine our operational activities based on current and future realities including accelerated progress, increased impact, greater ownership by local churches of Bible translation, technological improvements (such as AI) so that all of WUSA's activities (including recruiting) are aligned with our vision, mission and core values.
