Vision

Our vision is to enhance recovery outcomes for all women, ensuring that factors such as race, gender identity, or economic background do not hinder their path to wellness. We believe in creating an inclusive and supportive environment where every woman has the resources and encouragement needed to achieve lasting recovery and overall health.

Goals

1. 1.With our new intensive outpatient program thriving and fully operational, as of February 2026 we have expanded the hours so we can provide partial hospitalization programming. Our goal this first quarter is to reach a census of 7 clients, and add 1-2 new groups to the current curriculum.
2. 2.During this first quarter start the process to offer a night Intensive outpatient program option for those individuals who are not able to attend during the day. This quarter will be spent organizing what the night program will entail, potential logistical or financial issues, and staffing needs.
3. 3.We’ve transitioned into the 21st century, moving from paper to electronic reporting. We continually bring innovation to the work we do. We hire from the communities we serve, where many have passion and potential but little to no experience and require extensive training. We require all staff to be trained on crisis management, deescalation techniques and cultural awareness.
