We envision a Boyle Heights where young people and caregivers have equitable access to opportunity, safety, and holistic wellbeing.

Goals

1. 1.VBGC will expand access to College & Career Readiness and behavioral health services, adding school‑site advisors and scaling the substance use avoidance and mental health care so more youth and families receive guidance and culturally grounded support.
2. 2.Goal 2: Staff Development - Providing professional development, coaching, and tools to cultivate meaningful relationships with donors. VBGC will launch new family‑centered supports and community wellness programming, responding to rising mental health needs with caregiver groups, trauma‑informed education, and expanded adult programming at Pueblo Del Sol to strengthen whole‑family stability.
3. 3.VBGC will strengthen organizational capacity by enhancing board and staff development, building evaluation infrastructure, and improving financial and operational systems to ensure program quality, sustainability, and long‑term impact for Boyle Heights youth and families.
