Goals

1. 1.Friendly Center is launching new educational initiatives to bridge the gap for our at-risk community members. Programs include high school equivalency courses for adults, nutritional workshops (PODER), and career technical education (CTE). Our goal is to empower individuals, foster economic stability, and connect our community to the education to workforce pipeline.
2. 2.Our goal with Friendly Mart is to provide a dignified, empowering shopping experience for families in need. Unlike traditional food distribution, our self-choice model restores autonomy, allowing families to select items that fit their preferences and dietary needs. This reduces food waste and maximizes resources.
3. 3.At Friendly Center, we aim to scale our impact and improve service quality by focusing on financial stability, technological advancements, effective management, and staff development. We are building a diversified funding base, investing in modern IT infrastructure and digital tools, and enhancing our staff's capabilities through training.
