Mission

The UFW Foundation works to empower communities to ensure human dignity; we provide critical services and engage our constituents in systemic change to break the cycle of poverty. Our organization works to engage farmworkers and Latinos in the democratic process by telling their story, voting and advocating for their rights.

Goals

1.n the next three years, the UFW Foundation seeks to expand regionally and nationally in order to increase its reach and impact. The organization also seeks to broaden its scope of services.
2.Empowerment and Capacity Building. The organization needs to reinforce that all staff and volunteers are ambassadors of empowerment and organizing efforts.
3.The UFW Foundation identified technology, research, fundraising, human resources, administrative support and continuous training as the major areas to focus on.
