Goals

1. 1.Waymakers’ many programs help our clients make their own way to happier and healthier lives, building safer communities for everyone. Waymakers will continue our long history of development of exceptional programming, responsive to evolving needs, delivered by a passionate and committed staff with a focus on reducing crisis and conflict for individuals, families, and communities.
2. 2.Waymakers’ leadership recognizes the need to address infrastructure and staffing changes that are required to remain competitive and meet the needs of both staff and our clients. We must achieve technological and infrastructure priorities in line with the needs of Waymakers.
3. 3.Waymakers will work to create greater brand awareness, develop an expanded donor relations program, and expand revenue sources through social enterprise projects in order to ensure resources are available to support the agency’s mission.
