Mission

A non-profit corporation created to promote youth sailing in Southern California, our mission is to provide access to the sport of sailing to local girls and boys of all backgrounds, in order to build self-esteem, teamwork and a respect for the environment.

Vision

To inspire and empower the next generation through sailing - creating confident, responsible, and environmentally conscious leaders who are connected to the ocean, their community, and lifelong personal growth.

Goals

1.Teach sailing to children and teens as a way of gaining self confidence and self reliance.
2.Increase interest in competitive racing and access to race teams.
3.Provide leadership opportunities to teens and young adults
