Child & Family Center

Mission

The Child & Family Center is a 501 c(3) non-profit organization whose mission is: "Changing Lives. Healing Relationships. Helping People Thrive. Strengthening families today for stronger communities tomorrow." Child & Family Center provides comprehensive prevention, early intervention, diagnostic evaluation and counseling, behavioral therapeutic services, outpatient drug and alcohol treatment and prevention services as well as domestic violence services, and emergency 30-day DV shelter for children, adolescents and adults.

Goals

1.Incorporate the use of innovative practices to enhance the delivery of client care. • Increase direct care staff availability and engagement in client care through reducing administrative documentation burden. • Improve work/life balance through streamlining the documentation process.
2.Strategize pathways to prepare Agency for value-based payment methodologies, to ensure a smooth transition in alignment with Los Angeles County.
3.Timely Access to Care to improve client services and outcomes.
