Goals

1. 1.Be a Top-Tier Global First Responder • Strengthen planning and preparedness to execute appropriate responses at the outset of a crisis, through a whole-of-agency approach. • Continue to strengthen our emergency response capabilities to provide lifesaving care to those affected by disasters. • Promote innovation and learning in emergency response.
2. 2.Enhance the Impact of Our Programs • Develop and implement technical programmatic frameworks that incorporate quality assurance mechanisms into new and ongoing programs. • Strengthen and implement an M&E framework to measure program outcome and impact. • Invest in operational research and innovation.
3. 3.Strengthen Organizational Efficiency and Performance • Build speed, efficiency and flexibility into all of our processes, to create agile business operations in support of program implementation • Continue to strengthen governance and staffing structures that increase collaboration • Continue to ensure excellent stewardship of donor funds
