TO PROVIDE PROGRAMING TO ENTERTAIN, INFORM AND EDUCATE OUR MULTI CULTURAL COMMUNITY; TO REDISCOVER RARELY PERFORMED CLASSICS, AND TO DEVELOP NEW WORKS INFLUENCED BY SOCIAL RELEVANCE; TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ARTISTS AND CRAFTSMAN TO DEVELOP AND ENRICH THEIR SKILLS.
