A world where every mother is equipped to end homelessness for her family once and for all.

Goals

1. 1.Serving Residents and Alumnae Annually housing 55 women through our transitional shelters and providing them with the tools to prepare for childbirth, parenting, and independence, and serving 90 alumnae families with various supports and lengthening the stay of residents at the Pico Home to nine months postpartum to allow greater time to achieve housing and employment goals.
2. 2.Deepening our programs, especially for alumnae. We will grow our Alumnae Program to include career development, leadership opportunities, and centralized post-graduation support.
3. 3.Goal 3: Increasing salaries across the organization and limiting staff turnover. We are committed to providing livable wages to ensure staff stability, reduce turnover, and maintain high-quality, compassionate care.
