The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Launch our Center for Creative Workforce Equity to serve as the umbrella for our college and creative career pathways programs, which we expect to significantly expand.
Goal Type: Grow, expand, scale or increase access to the existing programs and services.
Goal Two: Take the time needed to reflect, reconsider, and rebuild core programs most impacted by COVID-19, rooting creative education in supportive relationships and community.
Goal Type: Focus on core programs to achieve mission and scale back on programs not seen as core.
Goal Three: Build the Board, with a focus on increasing our networks, as well as prospective funding partners, to assure the success of our overall strategies and goals.
