Goals

1. 1.To expand and scale access to the Center’s services through enhanced outreach and marketing efforts, addressing the increased availability of chemical abortion pills. This goal aligns with our mission to serve women facing unplanned pregnancies by ensuring they are equipped with accurate, evidence-based information to support fully informed decision-making.
2. 2.To expand access to care through telecare services that provide timely, responsive support and reliable information, keeping pace with the increasing demand for immediate, remote access to services. This approach ensures we can meet women where they are, particularly those who are unable or prefer not to visit the clinic in person.
3. 3.To strengthen organizational capacity by enhancing financial planning and management practices, ensuring long-term sustainability and the ability to support the strategic growth of services and staffing in response to emerging needs.
