Goals

1. 1.We are increasing access to assistive technology supply and provision by: • Delivering a diverse range of appropriate wheelchairs and other assistive products to governments, distributors, international organizations, NGOs, and service providers, including in response to humanitarian emergencies • Providing and advocating for individualized care based on the World Health Organization’s guidelines
2. 2.We are strengthening rehabilitation and assistive technology services by: • Working with governments and key stakeholders to integrate rehabilitation and assistive product services into health systems • Training rehabilitation professionals in line with international standards and improving educational and clinical programs for physical therapy students
3. 3.We are helping people during humanitarian emergencies through inclusive disaster response by: • Building regional and national capacity, including providing technical assistance, to respond to the needs of people with disabilities before, during, and after conflicts or natural disasters
