Goals

1. 1.In 2025, TLF launched a new healthcare marketing and communications scholarship for undergraduate and graduate students. This program aims to increase representation in the healthcare marketing and communication industry, and provide students with an opportunity to grow professionally.
2. 2.TLF seeks to expand its talent reach in order to provide students and early professionals a chance to explore opportunities globally. In collaboration with its donor partners, TLF seeks to fill international roles with students and young professionals in its network.
3. 3.TLF aims to build more robust mentorship programs with its donor partners in order to create connections between industry professionals and students. By teaming up with donor partners, TLF will build a database of volunteer mentors so that young professionals and students can grow their network and gain crucial insights as they progress in their careers.
