Goals

1. 1.Harmony Project will expand programs for advanced students, helping them apply music skills to careers in the creative economy. We have developed a conservatory program for high schoolers that offers music theory, advanced rehearsals, and performance opportunities. We will also boost online learning for remote participants.
2. 2.The Harmony Project has transitioned to Salesforce, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed to enhance our information-gathering processes and analyze data. This change will improve our ability to track daily attendance and student enrollment. We have also developed separate program modules within Salesforce to manage activities related to college attainment and social support.
3. 3.The Harmony Project was chosen as an after-school provider by the Los Angeles Unified School District. We also hold a Master Contract for Professional Services through the Expanded Learning After-School Programs initiative. Our goal is to build partnerships with the district to create a dependable source of funding for our music education programs in Los Angeles County.
