We envision a future where every California Highway Patrol family feels secure knowing that when life’s most difficult moments arise, they will never face them alone. Through continued support, educational opportunity, and compassionate care, the CHP 11-99 Foundation aspires to honor the service and sacrifice of CHP officers by standing beside them and their families for generations to come.

Goals

1. 1.The CHP 11-99 Foundation will continue to grow and expand access to its existing programs by increasing the number of scholarships awarded and strengthening emergency assistance for CHP families experiencing crisis. Additional funding will allow the Foundation to reach more eligible students and families across California.
2. 2.The CHP 11-99 Foundation will strengthen organizational capacity by expanding donor engagement and stewardship, maintaining strong financial oversight, and enhancing program management. Investments in technology and data tracking will improve efficiency, accountability, and our ability to effectively deliver scholarships and assistance to CHP families in need.
3. 3.We are committed to expanding support for CHP families by increasing scholarships and financial assistance during times of hardship. Strengthening funding and program delivery, we can continue advancing our mission to ensure CHP families receive the support and opportunities they deserve. We will improve overall knowledge of the organization's purpose with every chain of command within the CHP.
