California Highway Patrol 11-99 Foundation

Mission

The CHP 11-99 Foundation is dedicated to supporting California Highway Patrol families through comprehensive financial assistance and educational opportunities. Our primary areas of work include providing immediate and ongoing crisis support to CHP employees and their families facing line-of-duty deaths, catastrophic injuries, serious illnesses, and unforeseen hardships, as well as administering one of the nation’s largest law-enforcement scholarship programs for the children of CHP employees. By combining rapid response support with long-term educational investment, the Foundation strengthens CHP families during their most difficult moments and helps ensure a stable, hopeful future for the next generation.

Vision

We envision a future where every California Highway Patrol family feels secure knowing that when life’s most difficult moments arise, they will never face them alone. Through continued support, educational opportunity, and compassionate care, the CHP 11-99 Foundation aspires to honor the service and sacrifice of CHP officers by standing beside them and their families for generations to come.
