Vision

Scouting America, Aloha Council envisions a future where all youth develop into ethical leaders, responsible citizens, and individuals of strong character. Through transformative experiences in leadership, outdoor adventure, and service, we prepare young people to make a positive impact in their communities and the world.

Goals

1. 1.We aim to grow membership, increase volunteer engagement, and strengthen partnerships with schools and community organizations. By removing financial and geographic barriers, we will ensure that all youth have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, character, and a commitment to service.
2. 2.We will enhance fundraising efforts, invest in staff and volunteer training, and improve technology and infrastructure. By building a sustainable financial model and strong governance, we ensure long-term stability and the ability to deliver high-quality programs to youth across our region.
3. 3.We will expand STEM, career exploration, and mental wellness initiatives to equip Scouts with relevant skills for the future. By adapting to changing interests and challenges, we ensure our programs remain impactful, inclusive, and aligned with the needs of today’s youth and families.
